The form is meant as a service to the healthcare industry, CROs and hospital staff for registering issues that delay or prevent clinical trial execution. NorTrials' coordinating unit will review submitted forms, look for trends and major problems and, if necessary, report these to the NorTrials board so that they can be handled further in the hospitals or with the sponsor/CRO.
Please note that urgent issues must be reported directly to the trial site/hospital in question - NorTrials will not deal with individual cases!
